Dr. Ellen Nicklassen, DVM
Ellen owns Kelowna Veterinary Hospital. As a WCVM (2013) graduate, she loves performing surgery and nutrition. When she is not working she is spending time with her husband and children and doing her masters in counselling. As busy as she is she always has time for her friends and family.
Dr. Caitlin Goeres, DVM
Caitlin graduated from WCVM in 2013 with Dr. Nicklassen. She has extensive experience in emergency medicine and loves to teach. She keeps busy with her family and dance in her free time.
Stevi Cosh, Assistant
Stevi moved to Canada from Wales in 2021 with her husband and two cats; Prince and Spirit. She has spent the last 8 years working with animals and joined us in 2022. Her favourite species are exotics of all kinds and cats. Since moving to the Okanagan she has enjoyed fishing and watching for wildlife and winter activities
Paige Herle, Assistant
Paige has been with us since 2019 first a volunteer then hired assistant. She loves learning about the sea and creatures in it. She also enjoys music, film and history. She has three rambunctious cats called Jingle Belle, Linty( pictured) and Belly Bean.
Athena Ranger, Assistant
Athena is an aspiring veterinarian currently with a degree in biochemistry and is working hard to enter veterinary medicine. She enjoys trying new foods/wine, travelling and reading fantasy novels. She has four cats and four mice; perfectly matched!
Bailey Nadeau, RVT
Bailey is a Grande Prairie Regional College AHT graduate (2015). She has always wanted to be a tech and loves what she does. She has cats named Cedric and Myrtle and a dog named Armani. She loves sushi, wine, music and audiobooks.
Jessica Miller, Kennel Attendant
Jessica graduated from Sprott Shaw College in 2023 and Joined us in April 2023. She has two cats named Basil and Feta (Cheese). She likes to garden, spend time with the cats and watch anime.
