Dr. Ellen Nicklassen, DVM
Ellen owns Kelowna Veterinary Hospital. As a WCVM (2013) graduate, she loves performing surgery and nutrition. When she is not working she is spending time with her husband and children and doing her masters in counselling. As busy as she is she always has time for her friends and family.
Dr. Caitlin Goeres, DVM
Caitlin graduated from WCVM in 2013 and
Renn, RVT
Renn is an outdoorsy dog-mom! She can be seen hiking, camping and on the water with her 2 dogs Sunshine Puddles and Ellie. She likes to foster and raise kittens.
Bailey, RVT
Bailey graduated from Grande Prairie Regional College-Fairview in 2015. She has been an RVT ever since and loves the career. She also enjoys music, live theatre and being outdoors. She has a dog named Armani and a cat named Cedric.
Stevi Cosh, Assistant
Stevi moved to Canada from Wales in 2021 with her husband and two cats; Prince and Spirit. She has spent the last 8 years working with animals and joined us in 2022. Her favourite species are exotics of all kinds and cats. Since moving to the Okanagan she has enjoyed fishing and watching for wildlife and winter activities
Paige Herle, Assistant
Paige has been with us since 2019 first a volunteer then hired assistant. She loves learning about the sea and creatures in it. She also enjoys music, film and history. She has three rambunctious cats called Jingle Belle, Linty( pictured) and Belly Bean.
Athena Ranger, Assistant
Athena is an aspiring veterinarian currently with a degree in biochemistry and is working hard to enter veterinary medicine. She enjoys trying new foods/wine, travelling and reading fantasy novels. She has four cats and four mice; perfectly matched!

Kristina Littleford, Office Manager
Kristina has been our office manager since 2017. Despite having a degree completely unrelated to any animal field, she couldn't stay away. She is also a founder/board member of Paws It Forward Dog Rescue and often brings her two foster fails to work. You'll have a hard time missing Jeffery the german shepherd who come to work every day!
Kianna Trouton, Receptionist
Kianna joined us in November 2022. She likes to play piano, tasting wine and drive around the Okanagan. Her dog Amelia is a rescue who is high energy and comes to work most days.
Jessica Miller, Kennel Attendant
Jessica graduated from Sprott Shaw College in 2023 and Joined us in April 2023. She has two cats named Basil and Feta (Cheese). She likes to garden, spend time with the cats and watch anime.
